What are personal data?

Personal data mean any information on an identified or identifiable natural person. In connection with visiting our website, such personal data are e.g. e-mail address that can also include your name and/or surname, IP address. Personal data may be stored in cookies or similar technologies installed at our website and devices by us or entities we cooperate with, particularly in the sphere of marketing services, and also by a third party as e.g. Facebook or Google. Is provision of personal data voluntary?

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for proper function of the web and for possibility to contact us through it. We obtain your personal data from you provided that you contact us via the web form, and during your movement in our website.

Why do we process your personal data?

Social networks

The company Pěkný-Unimex processes personal data of the users visiting its profile on Facebook social network. The data are processed only in connection with the administration of the profile, also for the purpose of informing on activities, promotion of the website, and also provision of answers to questions asked, among others, via the Facebook application intended for communication. The lawful reason for personal data processing by the company Pěkný-Unimex for the above-stated purpose is its legitimate interest, which means the promotion of its own brand and protection against relevant claimed raised.

Your rights in relation to the company Pěkný-Unimex in the sphere of personal data processing.

The company Pěkný-Unimex guarantees fulfilment of all your rights arising from GDPR. Among other things, you have:

the right to the access to your personal data, i.e. the right to obtain notification whether personal data are processed, the right to the access to processed data, and the right to information related to their processing,
the right to correction or completion of your personal data — in case that your data are not accurate or complete,
the right to deletion of your personal data in cases according to Article 17, GDPR, and under the conditions stated therein,
the right to limitation of processing of your personal data in cases according to Article 18, GDPR, and under the conditions stated therein,
the right to portability of data if the conditions according to Article 20, GDPR, are fulfilled,

The disclosure of personal data

We take the protection of your personal data seriously; therefore we have put in place all necessary measures to ensure their safety. However, some personal data shall be disclosed to the provider of hosting for the website, providers of services related to the operation of the website, including the set of cookies. The cookies can be stored with the companies in the U.S.A. based on a decision of the Commission on corresponding protection, i.e. so called Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/).

How long do we store your personal data?

Your personal data, which are processed based on your consent, shall be processed by the company Pěkný-Unimex until the withdrawal of your consent.

After finishing the communication as to your questions answering, your personal data shall be deleted or anonymized, even without the withdrawal of your consent, unless the nature of such a question and answer leads to the fact that the administrator shall be legitimately entitled to process the data for as long as necessary. Such a legitimate interest means the interest in keeping means of proof for the purpose of the administrator´s defence against any claims made.

Personal data processed for legitimate interest of the administrator shall be processed for the period of duration of such an interest (usually at least 3.5 years). The cookies shall be processed until you disable their use.

Security of personal data

We want to ensure you that personal data are processed with due diligence. We have adopted and apply suitable technical and organizational measures related to the risks and categories of personal data for the purpose of ensuring of processed personal data against unauthorized disclosure, change, modification, destruction, or deletion.

Pěkný-Unimex continuously carries out the risk analysis to ensure that personal data would be processed in a safe way, which particularly ensures that only authorized persons have the access to personal data to the extent necessary for fulfillment of their tasks. Pěkný-Unimex ensures that all operations with personal data are recorded and carried out only by authorized persons.

Pěkný-Unimex takes all necessary measures so that its subcontractors and other entities ensure introduction of suitable safety measures if they process personal data based on any request of the company Pěkný-Unimex.

Data protection officer
