Pursuant to the article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”), we inform that:

The administrator of the personal data is a company Pěkný — Unimex s.r.o., based at Rubešova 72/9, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, ID No. 452 71 038.

Purposes of Processing:

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of answering the questions asked by you, and also for the purpose of the administrator´s defence against any claims made later.  The cookies are processed for marketing purposes and for the purposes of proper operation of the website.

Legal Basis of Processing:

The legal basis of the processing of personal data arises from Article 6, clause 1, letter a) and f) of the Regulation.

Type of the Data Processed

We process identification and contact personal data and also the cookies.

Period of Processing:

Your personal data, which are processed based on your consent, shall be processed until the withdrawal of your consent.

After finishing the communication as to your questions answering, your personal data processed for the above-stated purposes shall be deleted or anonymized, even without the withdrawal of your consent, unless the nature of such a question and answer leads to the fact that the administrator shall be legitimately entitled to process the data for as long as necessary.

Personal data processed for legitimate interest of the administrator shall be processed for the period of duration of such an interest (usually at least 3.5 years). The cookies shall be processed until you disable their use.

The Administrator´s Legitimate Interest:

The administrator´s legitimate interests are:

  • monitoring your movement in our website,
  • customising website display to your interests based on previously viewed content or, particularly, on products/recipes/services, which you are interested in,
  • realization of marketing activities that are to arouse your interest in services provided by our website, and to present the news to you,
  • processing of statistical analyses,
  • organizing competitions, promotions, creating loyalty and client programs.

Such a legitimate interest means the interest in keeping means of proof for the purposes of the administrator´s defence against any claims made.

Recipients of personal data:

The recipients of personal data are the processors, i.e. the provider of the hosting for the website and the providers of the services related with the operation of the website.  The cookies can be stored with the companies in the U.S.A. based on a decision of the Commission on corresponding protection, i.e. so called Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/).

Your rights:

In particular, you have the rights:

  • to the access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation,
  • to the correction of your personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation,
  • to deletion of your personal data in the cases according to Article 17 of the Regulation and under the conditions stated therein,
  • to limitation of your personal data in cases according to Article 18 of the Regulation and under the conditions stated therein,
  • to portability of data if the conditions according to Article 20 of the Regulation are fulfilled,
  • to raise any objection against processing of your personal data in the cases according to Article 21 of the Regulation and under the conditions stated therein.

The Withdrawal of Consent:

You may withdraw your consent with processing of personal data at any time, however, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

The Right to Lodge a Complaint:

You are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uoou.cz) in the Czech Republic.

Voluntary Provision of Data:

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for your question to be asked and received and for a response to be provided.
